This is an exciting position that will enable you to build, plan and execute the overall strategy for the territory with the support of a team of passionate professionals

**Responsibilities (clearly linked to KPIs)**:

- Planning, developing, implementing and managing the Asia 360 marketing strategy
- Building for the future with a 3-year strategic plan to drive growth across Asia
- Continually research and understand the Asia media environment to ensure that we remain the forefront of the industry. Develop and execute brand-building campaigns and partnerships to drive awareness, consumer confidence and adoption
- Work with Central CRM team to develop Asia CRM programme, from customer recruitment, segmentation, to reactivation/retargeting; drive customer retention and overall life-time value.
- Preparing and managing digital channel budgets and measure ROI's and KPI's across optimal levels of investment, new customer acquisition and retention
- Drive forward more comprehensive planning and execution across: Paid Social, Display, Video, PPC & Shopping accounts
- Contribute to driving increased marketing efficiency through identifying cost re-investments on existing customers and non-incremental activity
- Driving forward best in market platform on-boarding for central and localised territories to ensure we have strong Asia coverage i.e. Snapchat, Douyin/TikTok, Headlines, Instagram
- Working with Google, Facebook and other partners to ensure best in class principles and training is provided across teams.
- Establishing clear new customer acquisition driving initiatives to exceed growth targets
- Identifying opportunities across Ad-Tech and Mar-Tech to improve either media buying or creative within channels
- Developing best in class media buying principles, marketing funnels, micro-moments & creative requirements to improve channel performance & efficiency

**Role Requirements**
- A true leader with experience and expertise in all across full marketing suited, particularly digital marketing channels
- A strategic thinker, and an effective advocate for Asia, particularly within the beauty/CPG/FMCG space
- Hands-on, with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
- Strong experience within a pureplay B2C, and marketplace ecommerce environment
- Experience building and managing creative and relevant trade and brand campaigns and messaging.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building capabilities, ability to develop strong trust-based relationships with Central stakeholders and trade partners alike
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-started, with a can-do, growth mindset
