**Your jobscope has three main components**:
Cat care
- Interacting / socializing
- Feeding
- Grooming
- Monitoring general wellbeing
- Providing basic medical care

Customer care
- Assisting customers with bookings and service requests
- Communicating with customers about the wellbeing of their cats (written and photos/videos)
- Conducting hotel tours

Infrastructure care
- Cleaning of cat cutleries, litter boxes, cat rooms etc.

Team (for senior care attendants only)
- Facilitate team onboarding and training based on established SOPs

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to converse in other languages with customers is a bonus
- Experience in the animal care/veterinary industry and customer service is preferred.
- All applicants are required to go through a paid 1 day trial period to assess suitability.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,900.00 per month
