Enrolled Nurse

**StarMed** is a one-stop day-surgery and multi-disciplinary medical center that offers quality day surgeries and diagnostic services at competitive private sector prices. We have expanded our services and started an Urgent Care (night) Clinic located in the same centre. We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse to support the clinic's operations.
- Attend to walk-in, perform registration: key in patients’ data and register in the system
- Assist doctor during the consultation, and provide prompt follow-up action when required
- Booking of appointments in the system.
- Updating and maintaining patient details on the system
- Handle billing, and collection of payments (cash, NETS, credit cards, cheques) with integrity and accuracy. Collect deposit if required
- Perform daily closing of collections and alert superiors on discrepancies if any
- Monitoring medication and supplies inventory and order when stock is low
- Advise patients on Medisave / medishield / private shield / corporate guarantees and to obtain signatures on the relevant forms (if required)
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a GP clinic setting
- Good interpersonal skills, a good team player, and has good time management skills

**Working Shift**:

- Mon - Fri (6pm - 12mm)
- Saturday (1pm - 12mm)
- Sunday & PH (8am - 12mm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
