This is an opportunity to work in a regional headquarters of a global multi-national company and be exposed to working with multiple countries in the region in a key HR Centre of Excellence (CoE) function, Talent Acquisition (TA).
As Asia Talent Acquisition CoE Intern reporting to the Asia Talent Acquisition CoE head, you will assist and contribute towards an essential regional project. Under your supervisor’s guidance, you will work with local TA specialists in countries across Asia to gather and compile various data for a holistic picture of local recruitment needs and challenges. You will also support the Asia TA head with analysis of the results and the findings will help to determine priorities and shape the TA CoE Asia agenda.
**Job Scope and Background**
- **Gather and Analyse Data and Feedback from Country TA**:
- TA
- Key TA challenges and priorities
- Key market trends
- Current and future business skills and role requirements
- What’s working well (including best practices, awards), what can be improved, what help is needed
- Programs, Tools and Reporting
- TA programs, e.g., graduate development programs, assessment centres and tools, interviewer training
- TA vendors, including social media, and evaluation
- TA measurements and KPIs
- Use of People Analytics in TA
- Working with new TA CoE
- Feedback and suggestions
- Data management of TA information and resources
- **Evaluate Country Feedback and Provide Recommendations**
- Compare and identify priority common gaps and opportunities for new regional interventions
- Identify opportunities for enhancing and streamlining programs and processes in the region
- Identify country best practices in terms of programs and processes which can shared with other countries
- **Prepare Summary Report of the Project**
- Prepare summary report and recommendations in PPT supported by data and analysis
**Requirements**:
- Relevant education and qualification - undergraduate with at least 2 years of university study
- Proficient with Microsoft office software, incl Excel and Powerpoint.
