Ai Solutions Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and deploy large language models (LLMs) to meet business needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing AI models for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, data, and LLM technologies.
- Lead AI projects from concept to deployment, ensuring best practices in data security and ethical AI.
- Provide technical guidance to teams on AI-related initiatives.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and frameworks when necessary.
- Document AI models, workflows, and processes for knowledge sharing.
**Skills & Qualifications**
**Must-Have**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, GANs).
- Knowledge of cloud AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML).
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Experience with MLOps and AI model deployment pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Good-to-Have**:
- Experience in AI consulting or solution architecture.
- Familiarity with data and AI technologies.
- Knowledge of ethical AI and regulatory compliance (e.g., PDPA, GDPR).
