**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and executing the overall legal strategy of the company.
- Handle all legal matters relating to the company, including business and client agreements, vendor, service, and supply contracts, and all other related legal matters in relation to the company.
- Developing internal guidelines, policies, and procedures for the company.
- Identifying and advising all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters to stakeholders. Supporting management decisions with robust risk assessments and ensuring senior management is aware of legal trends and development as well as risks exposure.
- Protection and enforceability of the reputation of the Company and the ability to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
- Provide guidance and training to cross-functional business partners.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and or above in Law is preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience gained in a reputable law firm or in-house environment along with strong business acumen.
- Experience in developing and executing legal strategies.
- A seasoned professional who can resolve complex issues in agile and effective ways.
- Strong leadership with experience in the leading team.
