The legal department plays a pivotal role in guiding the firm's technology initiatives, ensuring that commercial, regulatory, and operational objectives are met with integrity and precision. Responsibilities Lead and support the review, drafting, and negotiation of technology, outsourcing, and professional services contracts, ensuring balanced commercial and risk outcomes. Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver legal support for digital transformation, fintech collaboration, and third‐party service arrangements. Guide governance and regulatory considerations relating to outsourcing, operational resilience, and information security. Work closely with business, procurement, compliance, and technology teams to implement contractual frameworks and vendor management standards. Contribute to policy development, process enhancement, and the creation of internal legal resources to drive consistency and efficiency across regional operations. Requirements Law degree from a recognised institution and qualification to practise in Singapore or another common‐law jurisdiction. 10 years' post‐qualification experience. Background in negotiating complex technology and outsourcing agreements within a regulated or large‐scale corporate environment. Familiarity with data governance, privacy frameworks, and third‐party risk management practices relevant to financial services. Strong analytical, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
