**Job Title**: Client Director - Enterprise Accounts (Travel & Transportation, Healthcare, Education, Public Sector)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Client Director** to lead business development efforts across our diverse Enterprise Accounts in sectors including Travel & Transportation, Healthcare, Education, and the Public Sector (MHA). This is a pivotal role for a proactive sales professional with a proven track record in identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans focused on Enterprise Accounts in Travel & Transportation/Healthcare/Education, or the Public Sector
- Identify high-value target accounts and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, particularly C-suite executives.
- Effectively communicate service offerings to executives, ensuring solutions align with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions.
- Manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and industry shifts to leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape in the Travel & Transportation, Healthcare, Education, or Public Sector (MHA) domains.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following sectors**:Travel & Transportation**, /**Healthcare**/**Education**, or the **Public Sector**, with an established network of contacts.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies and solution-based selling.
- A strategic thinker who can communicate a vision and align solutions across multiple business areas.
- Skilled in generating leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Prior experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) or large firm, ideally with exposure to complex enterprise accounts.
- Familiarity with global market trends and challenges across multiple sectors.
