This role is responsible for developing and delivering commercial strategies for the ASIA region, as well as other priority markets (global projects) as required, for Treasury Premium Brands. The role will be responsible for identifying, driving and helping deliver market, channel and growth strategies for TPB.

In summary, this role will be required to do the following:

- Identify where future sources of growth will come from
- Work with the relevant stakeholders to recommend and drive the development of commercial strategies that will deliver long term sustainable growth for the business (1-5 years time horizon)
- Drive strategies from inception, through to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to scope, including relevant execution strategy and change management strategy requirements

This role is targeted to areas that represent the most significant sources of profitable growth for the company, which are outside the '˜day job' and which require additional resources to help think bigger, faster, sooner.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 7+ years experience in top tier strategy consultancy or an in-house strategy function
- Tertiary qualification in business, finance, economics or other quantitative field
- Ability to confidently present to and influence senior leadership team
- Demonstrate deep experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, project and change management
- Analytics and quantitative modelling
- Consumer market experience is an advantage
- Experience in leading significant change management projects
- Creative outside the box thinking
- Project management skills
