**Experience
- Finance Experience _
- _3 years minimum of bookkeeping experience _
- _Including 3 years Finance administration experience including not limited to: _
- _Physical and Electronic record keeping / filing _
- _Accounts Reconciliation _
- _Bank Reconciliation _
- _Accounts Payable ledger and collections management _
- _Accounts Receivable ledger and collections management _
- _COA Management _
- _Bank Payments _
- _2 years knowledge and experience in using systems based Accounting systems such as: _
- _QuickBooks (Advantage) _
- _MYOB _
- _Xero or _
- _other (to specify) _
- _Good understanding of Accounting Principle of Double entry as they relate to: _
- _Revenue _
- _Costs and Expenses _
- _Assets _
- _Liabilities _
- _Shareholders Equity _
- _Accruals _
- _Minimum Intermediate skills level at using MS Excel or other Spreadsheets _
- _Basic Computer Skills: _
- _MS Word or other word processors _
- _Electronic filing - managing e-folders systems _
- Human Resources (HR) and Administration _
- _HR administration experience _
- _Employee Records maintenance _
- _Employee Pay maintenance _
- _Payroll processing _
- _CPF Reporting _
