**DESCRIPTION**
- Plan and organize events for recognition & motivation as well as recruitment
- Plan & Organise overseas conventions.
- Implement and manage campaigns to incentivize distribution channels and support them in increasing their activities, momentum and business growth.
- Implement and manage initiatives to promote AXA products and client campaigns.
- Plan and purchase appreciation gifts and celebratory events to build/enhance relationships with the distributors and branding.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University degree in Marketing/Mass Communications
- At least 3-5 years proven track record in Event Management (both physical and virtual event) as well as overseas incentive trips), Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing. Experience in video production/editing is an added advantage.
- Strong creative flair with skills to do graphic design
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and able to work effectively in a fast -paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and be a strong team player
- Resourceful and confident in external vendor management and internal stakeholder management.
