Our client is a well-established brand in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry and is now looking for a passionate and driven
**Ad Tech Specialist (Application Development) **to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skillset, and achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.

**Key responsibilities**:
The followings are what you will be doing. But, eventually, we believe you will be telling us what more should we do to build a more robust and useful ad stack.

1) Build prototypes and work with app engineers to integrate our ad stack into mobile apps. This integration involves:

- Ad serving, targeting, measurement, and creative rendering technology.
- Programmatic ecosystem, including prebid and many upcoming solutions.

2) Project management and problem-solving, including:

- New product launches or revamps.
- Ad initiatives like strategic projects, collaborations with industry partners, or finding innovative solutions to many challenges that this dynamic industry throw at us - Issues arising from ad operations.
- Integrating partner sites or apps into the company's Partner Network.

**Key requirements**:
Here are some traits that we are looking for, followed by some skills and experiences that are important for the job.
- Result-oriented - there’s always a business reason behind a technical problem. We are looking for someone who is focused on the outcome of the technical solution.
- Driven, passionate, self-learner - digital advertising is a very dynamic field, and we need someone who is driven, passionate, and able to self-learn to stay ahead of the curve.
- Strong communication skills - with the ability to understand problem statements from and communicate technical solutions/challenges clearly and in layman's terms to, other people without a technical background.
- Project management skills - we are not running mega-projects, but we need someone who can prioritize & manage tasks, and provide clear & timely updates.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and ad tech fundamentals.
- Experience in web and mobile app development (iOS and Android).
- Experience with CTV, tvOS, or android TV will be a plus.
- Experience with ad debugging, troubleshooting, and analysis.

Those with more years of relevant experience can be considered for senior roles.
