- Assist in-house legal counsels in the preparation of documents including the drafting, reviewing and amending materials such as various types of contracts and agreements advising on litigation, general contract law, corporate law, real estate, intellectual property law, technology law
- Conducting legal research on PDPA, Employment Act and other regulatory compliance
- Providing assistance on billing and tracking of legal requests which the legal team receives
- Perform general ad hoc tasks as and when required by the in house legal counsels

Contract Management
- Assist in setting up a framework and structure to support the management of contracts, memorandum of understanding and partnership agreements
- Assist in the filing of contracts
- Creating and maintaining document and correspondence database

Corporate Governance
- Review processes in the company and ensure compliance with the law
- Work with corporate secretarial matters for the organisation
- Assist the company secretary and board secretariat in management of the Board
- Arranging hybrid-mode board meetings including logistics and attendance of attendees
- Provide secretariat support to the Board of Directors which would include administrative support and coordination between internal staff and Board members
- Coordinate signatures on a variety of corporate documents
- Design, develop, and implement systems and process changes to increase efficiency, support scalability and ensure quality
- Maintain an up to date regional company profiles and statutory documents
- Support and work with business units and functions on the corporate-related requests

- Diploma in Paralegal Studies
- Degree in law is a bonus
- Preferably with in-house secretarial or paralegal experience
- A highly motivated self-starter and versatile team player
- Adaptable to changes and embrace improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail
- Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Able to work independently, prioritise, and follow through on multiple, concurrent, and often competing deliverables, while managing expectations of the business and meeting deadlines
- Able to thrive in a start-up department (as the legal function is newly created in the organisation)
