**Job Overview**:
As a product manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of product strategies for assigned products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, market access, medical, regulatory, finance, and legal/compliance, to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.

The role requires the ability to analyze market data and identify key trends, lead the effort in forecasting, develop pricing and positioning strategies, and provide training and support to sales teams. You should have a strong understanding of local Singapore regulations and industry trends, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

In addition to the usual marketing scope, this role is required to create synergy with the alliance partner to enable the team to excel on the same goal for the product(s) assigned. You will be responsible to ensure that all operations related to the product run smoothly in the alliance team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute product strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
- Develop and implement marketing plans to drive product sales and market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, access & policy, medical affairs, regulatory, finance, supply chain, legal/compliance to ensure product success
- Manage product life cycle from development to launch and post-launch activities
- Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to adjust product strategies as needed
- Manage relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, marketing, business administration or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management or related field
- Oncology (lung cancer) experience is required.
- New product launch experience.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and healthcare systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies
