Overview:
As the Supply Planner, you will execute supply planning activities for high-mix-low-volume products, as well as work with cross functional teams to ensure that key business metrics are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently executes supply planning activities for high-mix-low-volume products
- Drive consensus process with demand planning to develop production plan for Singapore made instruments
- Develop production schedule by working cross functionally with Supply Chain and Manufacturing while achieving optimum inventory level across the DCs
- Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, re-allocating materials and changing production priorities
- Actively engage cross-functional teams and external suppliers to deliver business metrics (e.g. Product Availability, On-Time Delivery) and drive actions to meet/exceed goals
- Proactively communicate supply status and potential risks with demand planning to ensure sufficient finished goods supply
- Perform daily review of inventory level at the distribution centers and ensure the SAP system deploys inventory effectively
- Review and allocate inventory for ocean shipment to maximize ocean freight savings

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Supply Planning
- Strong knowledge and proficient in Microsoft MS Excel preferred
- Knowledge of SAP (including SAP APO) preferred
- Able to collaborate effectively with internal / external stakeholders to deliver expected results to Waters
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous with keen eye for business and customer focus
