Supply Planner – Resmed Join Resmed as a Supply Planner to ensure the right products are delivered on time, at the right quantity, and at the right cost. You will orchestrate planning across purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics, working closely with cross‐functional partners to align supply with demand, manage risks, and drive planning accuracy. Key Responsibilities Support a high‐performing team culture and continuously improve ways of working. Translate demand plans into executable supply schedules for your product portfolio and adjust plans based on changing inputs. Monitor constraints, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues. Partner with suppliers, production, and logistics to ensure timely flow of materials and products. Maintain master data and use planning tools such as o9 and SAP to create and manage plans, work orders, and purchase orders. Escalate supply risks early, propose solutions, and balance service and cost considerations. Track supply execution performance, contribute to reporting, and support continuous improvement. Assist in planning for product launches, engineering changes, and obsolescence to ensure smooth transitions. Strengthen technical proficiency in advanced planning tools, data analysis, and scenario planning. What You Bring Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience: 3–5 years in supply or production planning, logistics, or materials management. Tools: Working knowledge of ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, o9, Oracle) and strong Excel skills. Skills: Attention to detail, analytical mindset, clear communication, adaptability, and a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
