**Job Description**:
1. Manage warranty administration on Material Handling Equipment (forklifts / industrial trucks)

2. Act as the main coordinator in tracking & submitting documentations for items under warranty for all service centres with principals

3. Provide technical advice and support for MHE

4. Liaise closely with principals and cross functions to update principal on all the abnormal breakdown cases

5. Ensure relevant updates on all technicians’ laptop relating to the MHE

6. Arrange for modification of forklift as and when requested by customers

7. Preparation of Accident/incident reports

8. Attend to and manage customer complaints

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma in **Electrical or Electronics Engineering **or equivalent

2. Min 2-5 years of **service and repair of industrial equipment & machine **required including **at least 2 years of troubleshooting experience **in industrial equipment & machine

3. **Class 3 **driving license (must have)

4. Competent in Microsoft words, Excel and PowerPoint (must have)
