**About the Role**:
Be part of the team in supporting and delivering impactful Scouting programmes and national events that shape the next generation of youth leaders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide full administrative support for Scouting programmes, ceremonies, and national events.
- Coordinate daily operational logistics, including scheduling, resource preparation, and venue management.
- Liaise with adult leaders, partners, and government agencies to support aligned programme delivery.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and review of youth development programmes and national initiatives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-up on action items.
- Support financial processes such as preparing claims, tracking income and expenses, and submitting reports.
- Facilitate youth camps and programmes that build character, leadership, and life skills.
- Maintain proper documentation, ensure adherence to organisational procedures, and submit timely reports.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Executive Director.
**Other Attributes**
Ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate flexibility, including staying overnight when required during programmes, assessments, and other Scouting activities.
**Skills & Requirements**
- Preferably a Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Qualifications in Office Administration, Outdoor Education, Psychology, or Operations Management are an advantage.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
- Genuine interest or passion for youth development and community service.
- Team player with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
