- 5+ years working as Business Analyst / Project Manager
- Knowledge of Capital Markets
- Degree in business or computer science or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in agile teams as product owner or scrum master or developer
- Project management certification are welcome and not mandatory
- Able to adapt to new business concepts/technology/self-learn new skills

**What you can expect**

The Equity Portfolio Trading Technology team is responsible for the development and support of the global order management platform that serves across multiple lines of equities business including single stock, portfolio, swaps, and electronic trading. The platform offers client portfolio and order management, electronic and algorithmic trading connections, pre-trade and post-trade analytics, crossing and facilitation, and the associated workflow. The APAC regional team is broadly distributed throughout the region with concentrations in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced delivery lead who looks forward to delivering software solutions within the bank. In this role you will be responsible for delivering on a number of high profile key initiatives that are critical for the global markets businesses that we support. **What you will do**
- Maintain the overall project governance and book of work for Asia Portfolio Trading Technology
- Represent the team in appropriate internal forums as the need arises
- Comfortable managing senior stakeholders, as well as taking increasing responsibility for project delivery
- Resolve or escalate if necessary, any project issues/risks/watch items in time
- Business analysis for equities-based systems.
