**Description**:

- While representing Sales Operations, this role will work cross functionally with the Merchandising and Logistics team to manage timely distribution and proper replenishment of products.
- Ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business, comprehensive understanding of retail math to manage KPI.
- Propose stock rebalancing to contribute to the sell-through optimization, share updates on rebalancing process to internal clients
- Ensure fair distribution for all zones when managing the distribution quotas on core, premium, fast moving and limited edition products
- Support client’s orders and follow up on the delivery
- Allocate the products according to the priorities / opportunities / constraints in terms of transportation, shipping
- Control the availability of products, identify and report the shortages/ stocks excess risks
- Taking full ownership of a portfolio by establishing and maintaining replenishment & allocation plan by understanding location parameters inclusive of seasonality, holiday peaks, promotions, regulatory requirements, and warehouse to store lead-times, custom closures and store inventory holding capacity
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior or management

**Requirements**:

- Knowledgeable - You will have minimum 3years strong retail knowledge in L&T category and an understanding of Inventory management or Merchandising
- Organized and proactive - You are able to multi-task, prioritize and work with tight deadlines, whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
- A great communicator, both verbal and written - You excel in the relationships you build with stakeholders, able to work across various teams
- Positive and flexible - Responsive to business needs with high level of responsibility
- Analytical - You are analytical and results driven, able to use data to measure performance and identify areas of improvement
- Systems literate - You are proficient in excel, and other Microsoft Office software, with high levels of accuracy
