**Position: Business & Operation Assistant Intern**

- **What You'll Be Doing**:_
- Provide support to SG General Manager in providing analysis in key initiates related to data analysis, market research, product operation, strategy planning;
- Prepare reports for management regarding status update, performance, budget, schedule and risk;
- Work closely with departments in SG and other countries to resolve issues, track project progress and achieve best possible outcomes;
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, meeting invitations, writing meeting minutes and follow up on action items with respective stakeholders;
- Assist to process, translate and update business materials regarding of Marketing, GTM, Product Solutions, Sales and Strategies.
- **Who We Are Looking For**:_
- Possess strong communication skills, ability to follow up multiple project initiatives simultaneously, manage time and prioritize tasks;
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Interested to grow analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Self-driven and action-oriented to achieve results;
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn;
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese;
- Knowledge of Ecommerce is a bonus, but not a prerequisite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $700.00 - $800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
