**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily site operations and supervise a team of construction workers to carry out according to approved drawings or instructions.
- Ensure that all site works are complying with safety standards and processes.
- Carry out the inspection to ensure quality and acceptability of works; to resolve and monitor rectification works as necessary.
- Ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations
- Project planning and scheduling; to report on the progress and quality of works on site.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in local Construction industry as Site Supervisor, with relevant trade Diploma or Certificates.
- Basic knowledge of software programs, such as Microsoft Office.
- Possesses Safety Supervisor Certificate and knowledgeable on-site safety requirements.
- Able to communicate effectively with Client and Subcontractors.
- Strong in organization and coordination of site work, with respect to the management of workers and Subcontractors.
- A good understanding of building codes, work sequences, and technical knowledge of building trades will be advantageous.
- Able to work independently and deliver results within stipulated deadlines.
