Inside Sales Account Manager (Renewals)

What you’ll achieve
Renewals Sales are responsible for the performance of all sales activities related to their assigned accounts or territories with the ultimate mission of driving revenue and growth around Dell Technologies’ core businesses.

You will:

- Conduct installed-bases analysis and build accounts plan for each assigned Global or MNC accounts to proactively work with the key internal stakeholders to maximize Dell Technologies’ maintenance renewal value proposition
- Collaborate with account team members and cross-functional teams in the assigned global account territory to help drive account success
- Maintains contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution and Dell Technologies’ footprint expansion
- Successfully utilize CRM tools to update forecast, activity and contact information on all open opportunities
- Grow renewal business by upselling and cross-selling and meet monthly and quarterly sales target
- Participate in regular one-on-one reviews with Global Renewal Sales Manager to review forecast, activity performance, training, and development requirements

Essential Requirements
- Highly developed communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to influence others to achieve results
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and proven organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills that allows individual to work successfully with their team
- Capable of working independently with global counterpart and a flexibility to work on a different time zone where necessary (occasionally)
- Fresh graduate with good passion to grow in a Technology Sales track will be considered

Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of renewal sales skills in high-tech, B2B service environment
- Product and process knowledge especially on Dell's Storage Solutions and Data Protection Solutions
