**Operations Manager at Eagles Flight Asia**

Eagle's Flight is recruiting a high caliber individual to join our operations team.

The Operations Administrator will be part of an internal support system for the operations team at Eagles Flight Asia Pacific as we continue to expand our business across Asia, Australia & the Middle East.

We are looking for exceptional individuals to join the team. We are growing quickly, so sound judgement, creativity, accountability, and the ability to manage competing priorities will be critical to your success.

This role will actively support and report to the Chief Operating Officer.

**In This Role You Will**:
Directly support to the COO on operational management across the region

Executive assistant roles for CEO & COO, including but not limited too, travel arrangements, expense claims and other adhoc duties

Office management of Singapore team

Maintain and improve operational processes/procedures with guidance from the COO

Organising, attending, participating and minute taking at relevant stakeholder meetings

Manage weekly deliverables in line with operational and strategic plans
1. Manage facilitators and reality coordinators to provide workshops and materials
2. Logistics - Reality support to sessions, inventory, procurement
3. Liaise with sales team and clients to determine workshop delivery dates
4. Manage booking and onboarding processes of clients and their participants
4. Point of contact for clients and workshop participants
5. Liase with finance team to ensure appropriate billing and invoicing to clients

Any other administration duties, as required

**You Should Have**:
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills including interpersonal skills
2. Competent data entry, book-keeping and numeracy skills
3. Expreience using project management software, Asana is prefereable
4. Experience using communications tools, Howspace is preferable
5. Experience using a CRM, Hubspot is preferable
6. Project support experience
7. Ability to work within a small team environment
8. Ability to prioritise competing demands
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
