**Director of Implementations - Projects - Change Management, CSS**

Director has a primary role in team leadership, client management and with project management of our most complex and visible projects with the highest risk regardless of single country, regional or global matrix. This position will collaborate with leadership, employees and business partners across the organization to ensure understanding of the details of each initiative and its impacts to our organization to assure that the solution we create addresses the client’s business requirements / needs. Director will be a project escalation point for BCD leadership and clients at any level of their organization based on the scope and situation of the project portfolio.

Director manages complex engagements to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time and quality while maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high performance standards.

Director may lead new business implementations, large office moves, GDS conversions, back office conversions, business consolidations, divisional conversions, loss of business. Utilization of Six Sigma and PMP processes to define, analyze, implement, monitor and control projects. Global responsibility is global project coordination on high risk, complex with a large list of countries.

Director will become proficient on all IPCM processes and train, mentor and inspect all resources and their work in both a line management relationship as well as functional teams as assigned on a project basis.

**Responsibilities**:
Financial:

- Successful project management which may or may not be tied to an implementation bond.
- Meet departmental budget requirements

Non-Financial:

- Ensure performance measurements comply with departmental/project Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Provide departmental leadership support from project inception through the complete sales process.
- Personnel recruiting, hiring, training, and separation. Manages the performance of direct reports and down line employees. Conducts performance reviews for direct reports. Assures performance review delivery for down line employees
- Assignment of the right resources to the right projects
- Leverage global, regional and local resources to support projects.
- Utilize project management software tool for plan management and departmental reporting.
- Assess and provide scoping services for all local, regional and global new projects.
- Project research for special projects
- Project plan development
- Overall support and success of team supporting projects
- Assessing client/user needs and developing plans to ensure fulfillment
- Ensuring proper communication processes are in place
- Managing change; coordinating efforts that contribute to organizational success. Establishes on-going support and adequate escalation processes
- Expense control; finding opportunities to improve the efficiencies of operations
- Conducting regular meetings with team to discuss operations and company initiatives
- Maintaining morale and job satisfaction of current employees
- Implementing and encouraging utilization of company recognition programs as well as departmental recognitions

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of direct people management experience, including managing multiple teams within a virtual environment
- 2+ years of experience working on multi-national teams
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Track record of leading high performing teams
- Ability to lead and be a team member based on situational leadership principles
- Managing teams within a virtual environment
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- **Understanding of business impact from project work**:

- Demonstrated Project Leadership of complex projects in both scope and scale
- Project Management Certification
- Strong TMC operational knowledge
- Program management or commercial background.

**Salary**: $10,416.00 - $16,667.00 per month
