This position reports to the Head of Student Leadership Development (SLD) within the Office of Student Affairs (OSA). The role is primarily responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of Teach Singapore, a resource hub dedicated to community-based tutoring and mentoring. The incumbent will manage the mobilization of NUS student volunteers to engage and impact children and youths from low-income families. The role also involves contributing to the SLD mission by supporting leadership development and the governance of student organisations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the overall operation and administration of the Teach Singapore initiative to ensure smooth and efficient program delivery.
- Lead efforts in volunteer recruitment, deployment, training, and advisory, ensuring volunteers are well-equipped and supported in their roles.
- Manage grant administration and disbursement processes, including tracking payment schedules, preparing data and documentation for approvals, and reporting expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain consistent communication with the volunteers and monitor their progress through regular check-ins, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Support and coordinate publicity and outreach initiatives to engage Teach Singapore stakeholders, including volunteers, community partners, and other key partners.
- Collect and analyze data for outcome measurement and reporting, ensuring accurate assessment of program impact.
- Organize and coordinate Teach Singapore events.
- Partner with student organisations and provide strategic advisory to advance SLD's mission, fostering leadership capabilities and supporting their growth and development journey.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the success of SLD and the Teach Singapore program.

**Qualifications**:

- A recognized degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in student, youth development, or community engagement sectors. Fresh graduates with demonstrated aptitude and substantial involvement in student or community engagement are welcome to apply.
- A genuine passion for working with students and youth, with a commitment to fostering their development and growth.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, event management, and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong networking abilities, with experience engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
