Our vision is to create the best places not just for our clients and communities, but especially for our employees.- Delivering iconic and award-winning projects, we are setting standards in innovative and industry-leading project management, construction and design services locally and globally.Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Lease Administrative Executive for one of our iconic retail assets in Paya Lebar.- Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;- Contributes to the preparation and upkeep of routine lease and ancillary documentation for retail and office tenancies.
- Conducts quality checks to ensure compliance with Asset, Company and legislative requirements.
- Prepares accurate leasing and budgeting reports and presentations from lease management systems.
- Close collaboration with all functions of Centre Management Office on lease related matters.
- Liaison with external lawyers to ensure lease and ancillary documentation are in place.

To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;- 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or fundamental knowledge of the property management industry, and the theoretical concepts and principles of lease documentation, including the relevant leasing and property management legislation.
- Communication, analytical and organising skills, including the ability to liaise with varied stakeholder groups and prepare sound business reports.
