**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- University or Hotel School undergraduates specializing and studying in hospitality related fields will be preferred for certain internship positions.
- For more specialist disciplines, for example those students pursuing business or similar related courses, consideration is also given for those related internship opportunities.

**PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Pursuing a degree in data science, analytic or a related field.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Adaptable to fast paced work environment with new and changing responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, teamwork and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities.
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ambitious, highly motivated and an ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment, and a high degree of accountability.

**RESPONSIBILITIES + REQUIREMENTS**

**JOB SUMMARY**

The Intern, Loyalty Compliance is a member of the APAC Compliance team, which provides support on the loyalty compliance training, loyalty program surprise audit, data forensic and fraud investigation.

**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
- Provide support to Senior Manager, Loyalty Program Training & Compliance APAC on research, data forensic, surprise audit and fraud investigation.
- Review audit tools and identify areas for improvement.
- Review the current process flow for data forensic and develop tools to facilitate the audit and fraud investigation.
- Handle any ad-hoc assignments and projects as requested.
