**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments for the General Managers and senior staff
- Handle expense related work for senior staff
- Make guides for business staff on how to book travel, submit expenses, and other administrative matters
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Make travel arrangements
- Document expenses and hand in reports
**Job Requirements**
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Outlook
- Bi-lingual Japanese speakers will be preferred in order to communicate with Japan HQ
