**Role Purpose**
James Walker has an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support the Senior Project Coordinator to manage the turnarounds, maintenance projects and service requirements for pipe line process customers in South East Asia.
- Supporting the customer stakeholders in defining the required products including but not limited to: Rotabolt, Flange Management Services and gaskets.
- Identifying the additional drawings that might be needed to prepare for projects.
- Managing caravan service (container implementation, store-men presence, appropriate gaskets storage),
- Coordinating product deliveries with the JW Manufacturing and Warehouse.
- Ensuring the interface between the customer technical authority and the James Walker Application Engineers to facilitate any specific technical requirement.
- Liaising with the customer buyers to provide update on the delivery progress.
- Managing any unforeseen situation that might occur during projects and for which James Walker could provide immediate support.
- Report the KPI’s to the customer’s project team.
The TA Coordinator is supported by the James Walker Key Account Managers and Senior Project Coordinator, especially during the week-ends where a duty roster is in place with a dedicated hotline to ensure a swift response, so at any time a James Walker contact is available.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) as the first point of contact for customers’ site engineers.
- Support the Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) in participating in customers’ daily event planning.
- Communicate and escalate any changes
- Support the Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) as representing the company as the main communication channel for customers to during event occurrence.
- Responsible to coordinate the setting up of caravan at customers’ site.
- Coordinating deliveries and replenishment of stocks from factory to customers’ site.
- Coordinate the transportation of repaired gaskets.
- Support the customers with onsite gasket repairs if needed.
- Assist customer and Project Manager’s for initial technical queries, discovery work.
- Actively support onsite Flange Management Services and bolting solutions.
- Global travel where required to support the ‘Global Service Team’
- Support the Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) in presenting Customer Turnaround, maintenance projects and service requirements; planning meetings

- Technical & Engineering Awareness within Oil and Gas, or process pipeline industry
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Proficient in CAD (Autodesk Inventor, Vault)
**Experience**

- Working in a manufacturing environment with basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Experience working in a fast paced workshop producing industrial products in accordance to technical specifications
