Position: Creative Marketing Executive - Restaurants

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with the restaurant's brand objectives, mission and vision
- Manage social media accounts and create content calendar, oversee the community management process, and monitor analytics to identify growth opportunities
- Plan and execute events that promote the restaurant and enhance the guest experience
- Work closely with the restaurant operations team to identify trends and insights to optimize marketing campaigns and drive sales
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and influencers to drive brand awareness and exposure
- Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and menus
- Oversee photography and videography production for marketing campaigns
- Monitor and manage the restaurant's online reputation, respond to customer reviews, and work on resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Manage and report on marketing budget and ROI

Qualifications:
Preferably 1 year of work experience.
