a. To conduct visual inspection of the building for any possible leak, faulty

mechanical or electrical, lift services, and/or damage to the building property.

b. To monitor all term contractors’ daily performance, setting up KPI to ensure

the work is carried out properly. Routine daily reporting of the work done via

“WhatsApp” to council and response to SP/residents’ feedback via Mycondo

including necessary announcements, facility bookings and updates.

c. To submit daily before 6pm via “WhatsApp” all photos with date and time

stamp of those area as mentioned.

d. To response and attend to any emergency occurrence to the estate and report to

the council as soon as possible to seek direction and decision if required.

e. To ensure the security and safety within the estate is intact with regular site

walks.

Moving-in and out, Car Registration, Bicycle Balloting Management, Access

Card Administration as well as Gateway Appliance Operations etc).

g. To ensure all facilities are well upkeep and seek repair works if necessary.

h. To ensure the house rules are carried out properly, including the by-laws.

i. To implement necessary signage and direction instruction on site on regular and

emergency.
