Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Specialist

Singapore MRM Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Flawless delivery of daily campaigns, troubleshoot issues that arise and implement solutions to mitigate future problem.
- Create and update data extensions for send and personalization requests.
- Build cloud pages and/or form pages
- Work with the client and internal teams to develop a client-specific set of workflows, documents, reporting, schedules, and service level agreements to support the client's ongoing campaign needs.
- Utilize Salesforce, Excel and/or Access to modify and update subscriber lists and create segmentation groups.
- Provide actionable campaign optimization insights based on campaign analysis.
- Collaborate and contribute ideas at marketing planning meetings.
- Track hours, create charge sheets and invoices for accurate billing of time and resources.
- Develop and document efficiencies in current and future processes.

**Required Competencies/Skills/Qualifications**:

- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Marketing Automation
- Good Experience in SQL, data model and database
- Expertise in AMP scripting, HTML, CSS & JavaScript coding
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong ability to effectively manage multiple assignments across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and has good time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
