PMG PMO is the Operating Centre of Excellence for entire Product Management Group across all product offerings and asset classes. The team is responsible for Strategic initiatives, new products, change and transformation projects, Governance and Control, and Business Management.

As part of PMO, Product, Policies Regulatory Management (PPRM) consists of the teams - Product Lifecycle Management, Policy Management, Regulatory Projects, Pre-Trade Compliance Check (PTCC), Product Catalogue, and FI Due Diligence. Teams in PPRM drives the planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, maintaining policies and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards among many other roles. The thorough effort put in by the team ensures the smooth operations of products and processes.

Reporting to PPRM, you will be a key member for PTCC Squad to support UAT and user queries for PTCC.

**Responsibilities**
- Member of the PTCC Agile Squad
- Responsible for managing end-to-end UAT development and execution.
- Define UAT plan, including objectives, scenarios, E2E scope, efforts, test scripts, entry and exit criteria
- Implement and support UAT best practices and methodology.
- Execute test scripts, raise defects in tracking system and follow-through on defect resolution.
- Ensure appropriate engagement and oversight of testing quality.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure effective end to end testing is executed well
- Provide PTCC support to business users such as Front Office, PMG, Risk etc

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Solid knowledge and understanding of Private Banking business
- Detail oriented, analytical, organized and able to cope well under time constraints and
- Proficiency with Java would be an added advantage
- Min 2 years' experience in managing User Acceptance Testing in a complex project environment is preferred.
- University degree preferably in Finance from a reputable university.
