**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary financial information and documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, real estate agents, and attorneys to keep them informed of loan progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
- Collect, review, and verify all necessary supporting documentation from clients
- Organize and maintain accurate client files and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or omissions in loan documentation.
- Assist in preparing loan files for underwriting and ensure all conditions are met.
- Monitor loan pipelines and track progress to ensure timely processing and adherence to deadlines.
- Assist in nurturing relationships with referral partners to develop new business opportunities.
- Provide administrative support for marketing efforts and client outreach.
- May assist in pre-qualifying clients by reviewing basic financial information.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, screening calls, and managing correspondence.
