Senior Support Engineer

**Base Salary**
S$ 6,600 - S$ 8,250 (Monthly) + Bonus

**Position**
This role will be responsible for supporting systemic issues that have been escalated from the L2 Support Team to ensure ongoing system availability and functionality.
**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with O365 users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Application testing throughout the change process.
- Identify trending issues, investigate best solution and communicate with appropriate team members.
- Develop documentation in the form of wikis for user base.
- Monitor, maintain and look for opportunities to optimize and improve systems both for users and for admins/governance teams.
**Requirements**:
- 8+ years of system administration and custom solution development experience.
- One or more Microsoft Office 365 related certifications (example: Fundamentals, Enterprise Admin Expert, etc,).
- Experience with API integrations for daily maintenance tasks, system configuration and custom solution development.
- Experience supporting Google Workspace, Dropbox, Asana, Tableau, Slack or Quipa plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly with end users from a support and training perspective.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Curious, with the need to continue to learn and expand one’s technical knowledge.
