**Contract Remote Work From Home anywhere in US.**

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Lead the assigned queues to ensure all inquiries receive a response within one business day.
- Be responsible for forwarding contacts to a Recruiter or other partner for follow-up/response when warranted.
- Provide additional support when needed in any key areas identified by management
- Data entry and validation for the onboarding process
- Track all new hires in multiple systems
- Submit immigration cases
- Point of contact for the needs of the new hire
- Coordinate with relocation, immigration, people services, supervisors, IT, and more to ensure the needs of the new hire are met in order for them to start successfully
- Problem-solving
- Catching errors in mass communication regarding new hires
- Assisting with issues regarding equipment
- orders and shipping
- Answering questions for the new hire, recruiter, and hiring managers regarding immigration, IT, relocation, and more
- Providing fast and comprehensive solutions to problems that arise
- Communication
- Communicating with representatives from immigration
- Communicating with hiring managers about their new hires and needs

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of related Customer Service, Coordinator, or Recruiting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills while maintaining high-quality standards.
