**Position**: Customer Services Assistant(Full-Time)Requirements1) GCE ‘O’ Level preferably with diploma in supply chain or logistics management2) At least 1 year in customer service in the logistics industry3) Good command of English and communication skills, and meticulous to details4) Ability to interact with customers on a professional level, and align expectations intoexecutable process for internal operation5) Ability to react and enjoy fast-moving environmentJob Details1) Manage daily fulfilment activities from inbound to outbound, and ensure timelines are being met according to customers’ expectations2) Build and maintain good rapport with customers to understand their requirements3) Work closely with operation to ensure all customers’ expectations and requirements are duly fulfilled4) Timely response to customers feedback and escalate to management if situation warrants it5) Establish and update SOP6) Ensure contracts and rates are updated, and monthly billings activities are accurately checked, reported and billed in a timely manner7) Ensure all records and transactions are properly filed and archived for easy retrieve8) To assist Customer Service Manager in driving Quarter Business Review and maintain or exceed KPIs9) Any other tasks as assigned by management - 5-day work week. - Working hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm - Normal business attire and presentable. - Position available immediately, or at earliest commencement (New position). - Singaporeans and PRs only. - Basic salary range: from $1,800 to $2,200 (to commensurate with experience and capabilities). - Incentive plan offered (to commensurate with experience and capabilities).
