JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Head the nursing team, deputise for the COO when required.
- Plan and implement the overall nursing policies, procedures, and services.
- Ensure nurses have proper training and are competent on clinic, operating theatre, recovery room, consultants’ rooms services.
- Ensure nurses’ licenses are timely renewed.
- Manage subordinates on the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Accountable for the professional and nursing activities to ensure high standards of care are constantly maintained as per established SOPs.
- Build and maintain esprit de corps amongst the nursing and counter teams.
- Perform nursing duties in the clinic, operating theatre, and recovery area.
- Review SOPs and recommend improvements as and when needed.
- Ensure safety precautions and guidelines are followed accordingly.
- Manage day-to-day administration of the clinic, operating theatre, recovery room
- Ensure smooth workflow and reduce waiting time for patients.
- Manage inventory - determine proper PAR level, secure best price.
- Ensure clinical/OT services charges, medication fee, investigation charges are updated correctly in the medical record system.
- Ensure billings to patients are accurate and collections are made.
- Ensure licences are renewed and attend to regulators’ requirements.
- Provide direct patient care and is responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating patients’ needs.
- Provide utmost patient care and customer service to the patients and his/her family members.
- Participate and assist in other duties that can benefit the overall performance of the Centre - for example, webinars, talks, workshops and events arranged by the Centre for the patients and potential patients.
- Implement technologies to improve productivity.
- Review prices periodically.
- Support centre in marketing activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the COO/Directors.

- Singaporeans & SPRs only
- Relevant academic & professional qualifications / certifications
- Must have minimum 3 years' working experience as NM in IVF environment
