Singapore Infineon Technologies Full time

The student, as part of the local site procurement team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor(s), will undertake the responsibilities to assist in general administrative support to the team on assigned tasks/projects.

In your new role you will:

- Learn how to **prepare requests for quotations (RFQ's) and tenders**.
- Participate in **tender clarification and preliminary bid evaluation processes**by helping the team to compile and analyse the bid submissions.
- Support vendor **registration/qualification, track/follow-up delivery schedules and documentation processes**.
- Contribute to **data analysis and preparation of procurement reports**.

**Internship Learning Outcomes**:

- Understand **end to end procurement processes**: from sourcing, selection, negotiation to contract administration.
- gain familiarity with organizational procedures and regulatory standards.
- **Develop vendor management skills**:

- communicaton, coordination and basic negotation support.
- **Assist in tender process**:

- understanding of how sourcing / RFQ/tender process is requested, received, evaluated and documented.
- **Interpret and manage procurement date**:

- contribute to report preparation, cost analysis and supplier performance tracking.
- **Usage of procurement tools and systems**:

- **Strengthening soft skills**:

- teamwork, time management, attention to details, work under time pressure and managing stakeholder expectations in professional work environment.

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- On track to attain **Bachelor in Supply Business/Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field**.
- Good communicaton and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to details and ability to multitask.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast pace and team environment.- Proactive in followin up on tasks and seeking clarifications when needed.
