As an Enterprise Risk, Stress Testing, and Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the enterprise risk, conducting stress tests and preparing submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework from risk identification, assessment, mitigation to risk reporting.
- Assist the Chief Risk Officer in establishing the risk appetite and culture of the Bank.
- Prepare risk dashboard and heatmap on key risk indicators and emerging risks.
- Ensure the smooth running of Risk Management Committee meetings, including timely records of accurate minutes, and tracking (to closure), of action items?
- Collaborate with the Company Secretariat (and relevant office), in ensuring timely submission of all material for Board Risk Committee meetings, including timely closure of action items.
- Collaborate with all key stakeholders of the Bank to identify and analyse thematic risks and report the same to the Risk Management Committee/ Board Risk Committee. Also, where actions are required to be taken, to track these action items to closure.
- Understand, and prepare regulatory risk reports in compliance with MAS regulations
- Develop and enhance the Stress Testing framework and methodology incorporating industry best practices and regulatory guidelines
- Design and execute enterprise wide or portfolio specific stress tests to assess the resilience of our portfolio to meet capital and liquidity requirements under various macro stress scenarios.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to enterprise risk management, stress testing, and regulatory reporting.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in risk management (e.g. Financial Risk Manager) and/ or data analytics will be advantageous
- Proven track record, experience in enterprise risk management, stress testing, and regulatory reporting (at least 5 years)
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
