**About The Opportunity**:

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Develop and manage the product roadmap for platform On-chain AML and compliance center product.-
- Work closely with stakeholders, including compliance、 legal、business、marketing teams, to ensure that our product meets all regulatory requirements and customer compliance standards.-
- Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs and drive product delivery-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to bring product enhancements to market.-
- Deeply understand the on-chain business, help the team to develop data compliance and business compliance programs, and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap to stakeholders (including senior leadership, regulators, and business customers)-
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.**What We Look For In You**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business or engineering-
- Solid years of experience in product management, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.-
- Deep understanding of the crypto industry and regulatory compliance, including experience with crypto license implementation and transaction monitoring.-
- Strong technical background and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.-
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.-
- Strong communication and leadership skills.**Nice To Haves**:

- Strong understanding and knowledge in Web3 & Blockchain Technology
- 0 to 1 Hands-on experience in building a Web3 Product
