**AME Asie Pte Ltd **is a French agency that specializes in bespoke corporate gifts.

For more than 20 years, AME has been developing products in relation with their clients’ brand image.

AME works with the best craftsmen, in France and worldwide, to offer to their clients the most high-end corporate gifts such as pens and stationery, leather goods, porcelain, candles, silk and têxtile accessories, high-tech products etc.

AME is looking for **Project Manager** to assist with our client projects in Singapore. The job scope covers mainly projects coordination for our clients in Asia. The person will support the Country manager and Area manager through a variety of tasks related to managing our clients’ projects; included but not limited to relationship with our suppliers, clients and our design studio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the link between the clients and the suppliers.
- Collect information from the sales team and provide correct details to the suppliers and to our design studio based in France.
- Get quote from the suppliers and update them along the way when the project progresses.
- Being able to negotiate with suppliers about prices, quality, deadline, or quantity.
- Prepare quotations for our clients.
- Follow up at each step of the project: from proposal to order, delivery and invoicing.
- Maintain contact lists and project updated in our CRM (PipeDrive)
- Being able to make product suggestions based on a client’s brief.
- Bring samples to clients / Ship samples to HQ.
- Contribute to team effort by helping with team meeting presentations.
- Sharing market information with the team in Europe.

**Requirements**:

- Proven project management experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Taste and understanding of luxury/high-end products.
- Strong organizational and planning skills (experience in using a CRM or PM software compulsory)
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience in luxury industry would be a plus.
- Handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

**Languages**

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English compulsory, another language like Chinese or French would be a plus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
