- Ensure food and beverage arrive to guests quickly and correctly; and confirming guest satisfaction
- Ensure proper table maintenance, including water service, pre-bussing, etc.
- Ensure guests are charged correctly and receive proof of payment in a timely manner
- Recommends beverages based on customers preference
- Responsible for ordering and receiving inventory.
- Maintains wine and bar related equipment in the restaurant such as ice buckets, ice balls, decanters, herbs for bar, specialty glassware,accessories etc
- Maintains condition of dining area, ensuring all tables are properly set up/arranged
- Ensures wines are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware
- Cleans all glassware during the shift
- Any other duties that assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Italian wines a plus
- Knowledge in grape varietals
- Selling skills
- At least 2 years of experience as a service crew
- WSET/CMS Certificate holder
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5 day, Split Shift

**Benefits**:

- Salary from $2,600 to $ 3,600 depending on experience
- 12 days AL (with increment of 1 day per year until the max of 17 days)
- Monthly Health Incentive ($50)
- Annual Long Service Incentives from $800 (1 year of service) to $2000 (5 years and above of service

Annual Health Incentives (0 to 2 Mcs - $150 to $500)
- The Employee shall be entitled to either a staff meal or a meal allowance of $4 per day of work performed.
