Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders and suppliers in the region to support complex sales cycles aligned with company strategy and goals. The role holds full accountability and ownership of the end-to-end delivery of attractions, travel services, and projects.
- Provide expertise in the development of travel and tourism-related products and services that enhance customer experience. Proactive in articulating customer travel needs and requirements with prioritization and effective planning.
- Follow a strong but flexible business development framework to capture customer travel requirements and deliver valuable travel experiences and services that enable business competitiveness in the region.
- Define and identify alternate solutions in collaboration with industry partners and suppliers to meet customer needs where no product or services are in existence.
- Ensure that services provided by or with stakeholders, industry partners, and suppliers are aligned and in accordance with the expectation or even beyond the expectations of customers.
- Actively participate in the formulation of bids. Present travel solutions and services at a reasonable cost and provide pre-and post-sales and development support to the stakeholders and customers on all attractions/travel-related matters.
- Maintain up-to-date attraction rates, contracted fares and fees, brochures, and knowledge of competitive travel and tour information for development methodologies.
