We are looking for passionate diamond specialist (retail sales) to join our team, ideally with sales experience in the relevant industry.

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours: Retail Hours (Required to commit weekends and PH)

Job Scope:

- Inspection of gemstones to be sure of quality
- Deliver excellent customer service experience and provide client service support for retail network and e-commerce
- Manage knowledge of company products, services and general inquiries
- Ability to handle complaints and feedbacks competently
- Achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of workplace - Manage stock inventory
- Handle administrative duties as and when required - Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects
