These appointments also include helping clients choose their ring designs and helping them with customization options for their ring designs. You will be trained to deliver a holistic and high-quality product demo to our clients, throughout the first 3 months. You will also be expected to continuously keep abreast of ongoing product developments. You will be in charge of ensuring a smooth flow for our clients, including responsibilities such as ensuring the diamond's delivery timeline, helping clients with their customized designs, and following up with their enquiries.
