**Responsibilities**

1. Pay attention to the safety of short video content recommendation safety and branding scenarios, balance the relationship between product brand, business development and user experience, lead the sorting and formulation of the framework and details of policy review, deep dive into the issues of existing policies, provide optimization suggestions, and ensure policy rationality and enforceability

2. Monitor and review key business data indicators, collect feedback from collaborative departments, provide suggestions to improve the systems and policies via summarizing and abstracting issues and cases

3. Responsible for the training and implementation of policy, support the trainers to effectively train the content reviewer team about platform policy, follow up the training effect and lead the optimizations

4. With data analysis skills, able to mine, locate and predict content risks

5. Collaborate with other departments to improve content safety and user experience.

**Qualifications**

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of work experience, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing

2. Sensitive to content and culture, familiar with the political and cultural environment, and good understanding of Internet development and regulatory trends; a relevant background is preferred

3. Good at document writing, finding and analyzing problems

4. Result-oriented, and self-driven, excellent cross-team communication and coordination ability, project management skills

5. Love the short video industry, be familiar with industry norms, and have a high sensitivity to global hot events.
