**Are you a pharmacist with a passion for digital innovation and systems thinking? Our client is looking for a proactive**Informatics Pharmacist**to help shape the future of pharmacy practice by optimizing EMR, pharmacy systems, and automation tools.**:
**What You’ll Do**:
- **Support & optimize EMR and Pharmacy Systems**
Keep systems updated, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to improve workflows.
- **Train and guide healthcare staff**
Ensure users are confident and effective in using our digital systems.
- **Drive national digital initiatives**
Be part of implementing NGEMR, NHIPS, and NBS, working with key stakeholders to design and test workflows.
- **Lead pharmacy automation projects**
Design and roll out smart systems for safer, faster medication delivery.
- **Maintain high system standards**
Support standardized setup, testing, and quality checks for all pharmacy tech platforms.
**You’re a Great Fit If You**:
- Hold a **Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy**:
- Have **1+ year**of inpatient or outpatient pharmacy experience
- Understand pharmacy workflows and want to improve them
- Are confident in **Microsoft Office**and open to learning tech tools
- Communicate well and enjoy teamworkThink critically, pay attention to details, and solve problems fast
**Bonus If You**:
- Have experience with EMR/IT systems or pharmacy automationAre you comfortable with change management or leading projects
- Open to Singapore Citizens and PRs only._
