**JOB SUMMARY** **ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Oversee the implementation of Pharmacy IT and Automation System. - Coordinate and execute system testing to ensure that system setup and configurations are done accurately. - Liaise with Pharmacy Users and System support team/vendor to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. - Work closely with Operations to coordinate downtime workflows and workarounds during system downtime. - Oversee the extraction and analysis of data for identification of data trends in order to guide operations on how to streamline and improve pharmacy process workflows. - Oversee the maintenance and enhancements of Pharmacy IT and Automation Systems. - Define and document Pharmacy IT and Automation Systems workflows in collaboration with Operations. - Conduct user training on systems usage for pharmacy staff as System Superuser. - Any ad hoc duties assigned, such as cross functional support etc. **REQUIREMENTS** - Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy or equivalent recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council. - Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and in active practice. - Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Informatics Pharmacist. - Experience in pharmacy automation systems and data analytics will be advantageous. - Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for problem-solving. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Detail oriented and meticulous. - Proficient in the use of inventory management systems and MS Office. - Subscribes to our company values "START" **ADDITIONAL NOTES** - Working Hours: Mon - Thu 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Fri 8.30 am to 5.30 pm - Location: 4 Pandan Ave (nearest MRT: Clementi/Jurong East) - Medical & Dental Benefits, AWS & Performance Bonus.
